Can I lock the card temporarily without cancelling it?

Yes, you can temporarily lock your card without cancelling it. Rest assured, locking your card will not affect your card balance.

 

1. Open the AIX Pay app and go to "My Cards".

2. Select the card you want to lock and tap "Lock".

3. Review the on-screen notice: “Once locked, this card cannot be used to make payments. You can unlock the card at any time later in the app.”

4. Tap Yes to confirm.

 

Your card will be successfully locked and ready to unlock whenever you need it.
