Can I lock the card temporarily without cancelling it?

Yes, you can temporarily lock your card without cancelling it. Rest assured, locking your card will not affect your card balance.

 

How to lock your card:

1. Open the AIX Pay App and go to "My Cards".

2. Select the card you want to lock and tap "Lock".

3. Review the on-screen notice: “Once locked, you won't be able to make payments with this card. You can unlock it anytime in the App."

4. Tap "Lock card" to confirm.

 

Your card will be successfully locked and ready to unlock whenever you need it.
