Please check the following common reasons for declined transactions:

1. Insufficient available balance in your AIX Pay Wallet.

2. Incorrect PIN or CVV entered at checkout

3. Platform risk controls were triggered (e.g., the merchant falls under a prohibited Merchant Category Code like gambling or unregulated financial brokers)

4. 3DS security verification failed (SMS OTP was not entered or timed out)
