Can I request a replacement card if damaged?

If your AIX Card is lost, damaged, or not working, just reach out to our customer support team to request a replacement.

 

Once your new card is issued and activated, you can start using it right away, both online and in-store.

Please note that a replacement fee may apply depending on your account type and region. For your security, the old card will be deactivated as soon as the replacement is issued.
