Will I need a PIN to use the card?

Yes, a PIN is required for certain transactions to help keep your account secure. This includes in-store purchases, ATM withdrawals, or when a merchant terminal requests PIN verification.
 
How to set or change your PIN:
 
  1. Log in to your AIX account and go to "My Cards".
  2. Select the card you want to update.
  3. Complete the on-screen identity verification.
  4. Tap "Change PIN".
  5. Enter your new 4-digit PIN and confirm it.
 
You're all set! Once confirmed, your new PIN takes effect immediately and you're ready to go
 
Tips:
  • Never share your PIN with anyone
  • Virtual cards do not require a PIN
